life. She is married to Rick Sphar owner of R & B Electric in
Shelbyville. They have two children, Blake Furr of Shelbyville and
Rachel Sphar, an 8th grader at Moulton Middle School. Glenda has
been in Real Estate sales since 1997. She is a member of the

Kathy has lived in Shelbyville all her
life. She is married to Chuck Compton who recently retired from
Caterpillar and is working part time at Carl Grabb Motors in
Shelbyville. They have three sons; Brad (Connie) of Mattoon,
Brett (Kristina) of Mattoon, and Blake (junior at Shelbyville
High School). Kathy has been in Real Estate Sales for 27 years
and is a member of the National Association of Realtors,
Illinois Association of Realtors, and Central Illinois Board of

Cruit - Realtor
Debbie Cruit is a lifelong resident of
Shelby/Moultrie County. Debbie is married to Van Cruit and
resides in the Rural Findlay area. They have two sons
(Dustin/Jenny) and (Derek/Jenny) and two grandchildren (Reese
and Grant)
Debbie and Van live on a farm, raising and
showing sheep nationally for the past thirty five years.
Debbie worked as a salesperson for James
Bitzer for 21 years before acquiring her real estate Brokers
License in 2005. Debbie also received her State Appraisal
License in 1992 and is still active in appraising properties in
Shelby County.
Debbie is a full time agent with Shelby
Realty and welcomes any listing, selling or appraisal business.
Debbie is involved with many community
activities and her past times include cooking, gardening and
spending time with her family.

Bruce began his Real Estate Career 25
years ago and after successfully listing and selling, he opened
his own offices. When he realized his dream to live and work in
Central Illinois, he settled in the Shelbyville area and opened

November 2009 and merged the two companies into Shelby Realty
